Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. This timeframe gives you the opportunity to check your handmade jewelry, dresses, bags, or gemstones carefully and decide if they are right for you.
Eligibility for Returns
You can return an item only if it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Moreover, the product must remain in the same condition as you received it. Items with signs of wear, damage, or alterations not caused by shipping do not qualify for refunds. In this way, we can maintain the authenticity and quality of our handmade treasures.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or shipped in error. In addition, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service so that your package reaches us safely.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team inspects it promptly and emails you with the decision. If we approve the return, we issue your refund within 5–7 business days. Non-Returnable Items
